1. Is registration required to purchase in the Bokal Sport store?
To purchase in the online store Bokal Sport, registration is not required. While placing an order, you can create your user account, which will make any further purchases easier. Login to the store is possible in the upper right corner by clicking on the orange icon and selecting the text link “Login”.

3. Searching for products and thematic articles
If you already know the product or content, or perhaps you know exactly what you want, you can type the title or just part of the title of the item or search string in the search box at the top right and click on the "find" button. This is the fastest way to find what you are looking for.
4. Archive your orders
All orders and data are stored in a computer system that is adequately secured and protected.
5. Delivery time and delivery
Delivery is made by package delivery to the customer's address. The ordered goods will be shipped in the shortest possible time, presumably within 1-2 working days. The delivery time varies on the country to which the package is delivered, going from 3 to 6 working days. This time can be extended if the products are not in stock.
6. Return of goods
The consumer has the right to inform the company within 14 days that he is withdrawing from the contract without having to give a reason for his decision. The consumer notifies the company in writing of the withdrawal from the contract, to the contact e-mail address: info@bokal-sport.si. The consumer must then return the goods to the company within 14 days of the written notice of the consumer's withdrawal from the purchase, bearing the direct cost of the return. The product must be unused, undamaged and in the original undamaged packaging. In the case of purchasing a device (GPS, sports watches, meters, ...) that comes with the battery, it must not be inserted and the product not activated. A copy of the order must be attached. The purchase price for the returned goods (the value of the purchased goods) will be returned to the buyer on the transaction account as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days.

The cost of the return is paid by the consumer/buyer himself. If the consumer cannot return the goods by post, he must inform us in writing so that we can agree on another method of collection and a corresponding reimbursement of costs.
